Through Their Eyes: The Drinker

My last Through Their Eyes post was on November, 2009. So, I decided it was about time to do another one. If you're new around here or just don't remember, T.T.E. is where I get someone from my real life to answer some questions about themselves and then answer a crapload about me. Hence, you get to see what someone in my real life thinks about me. Fun times, right? If you want to see the other posts in the Through Their Eyes posts, click here and check them out. Hi, my name is: The Drinker apparently ;) Very fitting blog nickname too I might add! lol

1. The one body part I never want to quite working would be: my penis. Seriously.

2. My favorite sport to watch is: football, hockey, baseball, soccer.

3. My worst habits are: biting my nails, not keeping my car as clean as I should and procrastinating like a motherfucker.

4. My favorite kind of cookies are: free ones that someone else baked haha. Especially homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies and homemade sugar cookies. ;)

5. My biggest fear is: that the world will run out of beer before I die! Or bears, really big spiders that may attack me in my sleep and clowns.

6. My comfort foods are: cheeseburgers, lasagna, lobster bisque, fried chicken with macaroni and cheese, pizza and cake.

7. I get complimented most on my: sense of humor and hairy yet muscular legs.

8. People tend to think I am: an asshole but I'm not, just sarcastic and deeply honest and they're too thin in the skin to handle it. ;)

9. People say that I have a great: heart, sense of humor, Elvis impersonation.

10. I never leave the house without: love in my heart, a smile on my face, wallet in my back pocket, keys, cell phone and some gum.

11. My relationship with Ashly Star is best explained as: simple at times and complicated at other times, depends on some things but she's always a really good friend to me for whatever reason and I love her for always being there for me.

12. Ashly would be the first to know: if I got pregnant because I know she would do the right thing and start exploiting me properly by calling sleazy tabloids rocking the shit out of the "first man pregnant" thing to make us some money.

13. I have known Ashly for: Almost 9 years.

14. Ashly's worst habit is: hmm I guess expecting too much from herself (if you can count that as a habit?) and peeling her nail polish off right after she paints her fucking nails lol.

15. The thing I love about Ashly's personality is: she's fun as hell to be around, has a great sense of humor and some how the weirdest/most interesting shit always seems to go down when she's present.

16. I envy Ashly's: budgeting skills.

17. I pick on Ashly about: her weird ass eating habits lol.

18. Something about Ashly that makes me shake my head: she freaks out over june bugs but snakes she's okay with.

19. I admire Ashly's: spirit and strength. It's hard to break her down no matter how much life sucks or how stressed she gets.

20. One of Ashly's favorite places to go eat is: Chick-fil-A.

21. Something that annoys Ashly is: that Chick-fil-A is closed on Sunday haha! Also being lied to and rude people to name a couple more.

22. Five words that best describe Ashly are: intelligent, funny, strong, beautiful (inside and out) and free-spirited.

23. Ashly's favorite type of shoes are: flip flops.. even in Winter.

24. Something I've never done with Ashly but want to do is: go on a road trip to a city of our choice and then explore that city without any real plans and see what happens.

25. A big misconception about Ashly is: that she's a cold-hearted person. She has a big heart, just doesn't let people close to her often or easily and doesn't show her emotions that easily and it gives off the impression that she's cold.

26. People may be surprised to know that Ashly: can name off ridiculous amount of sports stats about hockey players that aren't on the Stars, can burp louder than most men, doesn't like watching porn and she hates peas for no apparent reason (which is lame because peas are delicious.)

27. The last time I hung out with Ashly we: went to see a movie, got lost, ended up on a rooftop, dropped Nerds (candy pieces not nerdy kids that would be mean) off of the same rooftop, ate at IHOP then stayed up until sunrise talking and drinking beer on my back porch.

28. The meanest thing Ashly has ever done to me is: punched me in the face and gave me a bloody nose.

29. The game I dislike playing with Ashly most is: any NHL or snowboarding video game because she always wins or Monopoly because she's a ruthless tycoon who shows no mercy.

30. The most confusing thing about Ashly is: nothing about her confuses me.

31. Ashly gets really riled up when: watching sports, over injustices and during debates about things she's passionate about.

32. To make Ashly laugh, I usually: tell a ridiculous joke so then she's more so laughing because I'm ridiculous and not so much because the joke is actually funny.

33. I won't ever forget the time that Ashly: kept me from drowning.

34. The game I enjoy playing with Ashly most is: poker, Final Fantasy or Battleship.

35. My favorite place to hang out with Ashly is: at a concert, sport event or at my house.

36. Ashly gets really pissed when: people drink and drive.

I go to Ashly when I need: someone to talk to because she always listens, isn't judgmental, will always be honest with me no matter if it hurts and it's really easy to tell her any and everything because of all of that. plus she gives good advice or verbal beat downs (talking sense) when needed lol.

38. Ashly's best physical feature is: her eyes because they change colors and her boobs.

39. Ashly's sense of humor is: sarcastic, random and twisted.

40. I'd choose to be on Ashly's team in a game of: basketball, baseball, hockey, paintball, laser tag, team air hockey, team monopoly and any drinking game in which you may need a partner for lol.

41. If Ashly were an animal, I think she would make a good: penguin or tiger.

42. People may think Ashly is an asshole because: she can be an asshole sometimes lol. ;) Or because she doesn't sugar coat a motherfucking thing and will always tell you how something is very straight forward.

43. Five things Ashly and I have in common are: love for sports, same tastes in music and movies, both collect comic books and graphic novels, both like to drink and we're both pretty laid back chill people.

44. Ashly's driving is: really good, better than most people lol.

45. Something I couldn't ever get Ashly to do was: go sky diving with me.

46. Five words I'd never use to describe Ashly are: dumb, fake, rude, manipulative, boring.

47. Two things Ashly and I never agree on: beer and baseball.

48. If I could take Ashly on a vacation with me anywhere, we'd go to: Europe and see lots of different cities ;)

49. When Ashly gets drunk, she: is pretty much how she is when she's sober just louder and laughs more.

50. Something that surprises me about Ashly is: how she has the balls to be so honest with people. I've heard her say some shit before that I would just never have the balls to say to anyone.

Got a text message from my friend, The Model, yesterday. It made me chuckle.

"AR there is a bra by VS that supposedly makes u look 2 cupsizes bigger! STAY AWAY FROM THAT BRA!"

I replied back, "No worries, VS doesn't even make bras in my size so I never even go in there."

The Model, "Haha! Whew. They prob don't make that particular bra in your size anyway. With tits as huge as yours, you don't need to look 2 cup sizes bigger."

She speaks the truth, lol.

So while I was texting with The Model, I had an idea. I haven't done a "Through Their Eyes" post in a long time. I did the first one with Boyfriend, the second with The Artist and the third with Fangs. I explained it to The Model and asked her if she wanted to do one. She said sure, I told her I would e-mail her the questions and to get them back to me when she could. Two hours later, she sent me a text to let me know she had answered them and e-mailed the questions back to me. Sweet! She's so busy, I was expecting it to take several days but she didn't have anything planned Monday night so it gave her something amusing to do. Yay!

For those who have never read one of the "Through Their Eyes" that I have done,this is the way this goes. The first 10 questions are for The Model. She answers them about herself just to give y'all some random information about my friend. Then questions 11 through 50 are questions she answers about me in her own words and her own opinions. I don't edit her answers and she's free to say what she wants. So without further adieu....

Hi, my name is: The Model.

I also want to say that I am 23, I am bisexual, have 9 tattoos, 10 piercings, the cutest puppy and the biggest heart. I do alternative modeling (think Suicide Girls but more goth) which I have been doing for 5 years now and love it! I adore AR and I am looking forward to letting yall see AR the way I get to see her!

45. If I could take AR on a vacation with me, we'd go to: the Bahamas! or some place like that! beaches, pretty clear water, lots of drinks and plenty of time to lounge around making out!

46. AR is kinda obsessed with: music! rubber ducks and glowsticks! TEXTING! HOCKEY! SEX! lol

47. I love to watch AR when she's: drawing or writing! she gets so intense and focused, it's sexy! I also don't mind watching her masturbate lol

I want to add an end note too lol. I had so much fun filling these questions in and I hope with my answers yall got to know AR a little bit better! This was super fun and I am so happy she asked me to do this for her! There we have it. I have trouble doing these because most of my real life friends don't know about my blog so I can't just ask them to do these for me, lol. I have a few friends who know about it and a couple of them haven't done one of these yet so I'll have to hit them up and see if they will be willing. Though, someone gave me the idea to do one with bloggers who have followed me for a long time... just make it shorter and change the questions up. I'm not sure on that one though. I might just have to make up an excuse to get friends who don't know my blog to answer a quiz about me and use it, lol. We'll see.

I'm feeling better. Thanks for the concern. I've been sick for a little over three weeks now but I'm doing tons better than I was. Stupid flu. I'm glad I'm feeling better. I have toy reviews, emails, blogging, resume updating, ebay listing and tons of other junk I need to get caught up on doing. I am way behind on stuff because I've pretty much been in bed and sleeping a lot in a medicated state over the last few weeks. Awesome right? It's all good.

So, last year I did a post where I asked my boyfriend to answer 50 questions. I had it posted on my blog before I moved it and I know a good number of you have seen it, even though you probably don't remember most of the questions and answers. ;) So I decided to re-post it here. It was pretty neat and it gives you a glimpse of me through the eyes of someone close to me. Two of my best friends, The Artist and Fangs also did this same thing but with some different questions. I was going to use some trickery to get one of my friends to answer this thing each month but I forgot. I'll try to find someone to do one for March though.

The first 10 questions are random things about him. Just so y'all get to know a little more about him. Since I don't write about him enough on here as it is, lol.

It's time for the third round of this little questionnaire thing. I get people close to me to fill out a bunch of stuff about themselves and some things about me. Fun times huh? My people are awesome and play along nice with me even though most of them don't actually get to read my blog. Though some do even though I wish they wouldn't but oh well, lol. *shrug* It's whatever now. The Artist.

Okay, so I did this questionnaire/survey type deal back a few months ago when my Boyfriend first showed up on my blog before starting his own. Anyway, I went and found it and thought it would be fun if I could get one of my close friends to fill this in. So I asked several of them thinking that most would find it lame and not want to do it. I hoped out of 10 that I would get at least one or maybe two to agree. Instead, almost all of them wanted to do it. I figure I might just post one of these per month until I run out or something like that. Unless they bore people to tears then really, too bad, they can skip reading that day, lol. I don't want to post these too often though so hence the one a month thing.

So anyway, here is one of my friends, whom we'll be calling The Artist. She picked her own nickname and it's a very fitting one indeed. =) She is phenomenal with a utensil in her hand when it comes to sketching and painting. She's got skills. ;) I did change up some of the questions so it would be more fitting for a friend to answer over some of the questions my boyfriend had to answer, lol.

Hi, my name is: The Artist.

1. Things I am interested in are: Art, Eastern medicine, philosophy, alternative medicine and healing practices, Taoism, dark comedy, burlesque, physics, anatomy, musical theory and spirituality.

2. My favorite kind of cookies are: oatmeal raisin, white chocolate chip and fudge brownie.

3. My favorite things to do in my free time are: sketch, paint, sculpt, listen to music, read a book, hang with friends and/or boyfriend, crafts, bake, watch movies, kite flying, paper mache, dancing.

4. My most embarrassing moment was when: Goodness! There are so many! How about when I puked on my boyfriend on our first date? LOL [bad sushi!!]

5. My worst habit is that I: procrastinate procrastinate procrastinate!

6. My favorite part of the day is: school! In all seriousness, I love school.

7. I get complimented most on my: art, smile, sense of humor.

8. The best thing about me is: I never give up and I am very loyal.

9. People say that I have a great: heart.

10. People who don't know me tend to think I am: rude but I'm not, just very honest. Also stuck up but I am not that either, I'm just shy and quiet until I get to know you.

11. My relationship with Amorous Rocker is best explained as: friends forever, she will be stuck with me until one of us passes from this world.

12. I have known AR for this long: 8 years and counting.

13. The first time I saw AR in the flesh, my first thought was: that she was weird but had cool looking hair. I remember it was black with red and purple streaks in it and she had on black jeans with a studded belt. She was friendly but she just seemed totally weird to me, definitely not like any person I had ever met before.

14. AR's worst habit is: smoking! She really should quit but I don't push her on that. Often.

15. The thing I like most about AR's personality is: her outlook and her sense of humor. Very odd but rarely fails to make me laugh or crack a smile.

16. I envy AR's: big boobs. Quite frankly, I don't have much going on in the girl's department there and wouldn't mind being a cup size more.

17. I pick on AR about: her smoking! LOL

18. Something weird about AR is: so much but I will go for her interest in reading about serial killers.

19. I admire AR's: ability to be adventurous and try new things. We were all to go cliff diving once and I chickened out, as I generally do. I'm not adventurous at all. I admire her spirit and ability to let go in the face of something scary and do it anyway.

20. One of AR's favorite things to eat is: chicken.

21. AR gets a major sweet tooth for: ice cream.

22. Five words that best describe AR are: Oh my, hmm.. 1, quirky. 2, intelligent. 3, passionate. 4, fierce. 5, creative. As an added bonus: Funny, bold, persuasive, fun and blunt.

23. AR's singing sounds like: waves rolling in on the shore. Her singing voice isn't high pitched or "Diva-ey" at all. It's more low and... Frankly, I have no clue how to explain. Quite pretty works. IF SHE'LL LET YOU HEAR HER SING!

24. AR's dancing looks like: fun.

25. Something AR is insanely skilled at is: getting her point across. Particularly when she is passionate about the subject.

26. People may be surprised to know that AR: can be such a sweetheart and is a sucker for puppies. :p

27. AR's sense of humor is: strange. It's a mix of sarcastic, twisted, odd and goofy.

28. The meanest thing AR has ever done to me is: nothing.

29. Five things AR has a lot of dislike for are: people who are abusive to animals, children and people in general. People whom drive under the influence. Manipulation. Porcelain dolls. Cotton candy.

30. The most annoying thing about AR is: her temper.

31. The biggest misconception about AR is: that she's a snob.

32. AR is the first person I would go to if I needed to: get advice on my relationship, vent in general, needed a laugh or wanted to dare someone to do something crazy.

33. I won't ever forget the time that AR: punched a guy in the face for being unable to keep his hands to himself. She told him several times to back off and warned that violence would occur if he did not stop. He did not. She punched him. He cried as his nose bled. It was my first time seeing a girl punch a boy to the point of him bleeding and crying. I was also shocked that she really hit him at first.

34. The game I enjoy playing with AR most is: Battleship! I always win. ;)

35. AR gets really riled up when: she's watching sports. She's like a man when it comes to her sporting teams.

36. AR gets really pissed when: I beat her at Battleship! Just kidding. A little bit. She gets really pissed (at herself) when she does something stupid that she prior had said she would not do.

37. AR's most annoying friend is: of her friends that I know and have spent time with, I will say Cupcake. I will have to tell her who that is. Cupcake annoys me because she tries too hard to be different, random and unique. IMO.

38. My favorite memory with AR is: the first summer we met. I was a very sheltered kid and she opened my eyes to a lot of things.

39. AR spends too much money on: books and music likely. Also on cigarettes. I have mentioned the smoking so much already. Bad me.

40. I really like it when AR and I: have a debate. We both are passionate in our beliefs but respectful enough to know our opinions are not the end all and be all. We can passionately debate and discuss things without getting mad with one another and without trying to convince why one way is right and the others is wrong.

41. The thing AR is hardest on herself about is: everything.I think she is too hard on most everything when it comes to herself.

42. People may think AR is an asshole because: she can be an asshole at times. :D

43. The thing that surprised me most about AR: is what we have in common and how well we get along despite being opposites.

44. AR's temper is like: Hell hath no fury like AR's temper when she is good and heated.

45. Something that scares me about AR is: how adventurous she can be. I do envy and admire that about her as I have previously stated. I do worry though that she sometimes isn't cautious enough before doing things.

46. The craziest thing I have ever done with AR is: nothing. I never actively participated in any crazy antics. I sat back, watching and hoping that nothing went wrong.

47. Five things AR and I have in common are: love of art, love of thunderstorms, being blunt, interest in psychology and similar tastes in movies.

48. I think career wise AR would make an excellent: lawyer, doctor, psychologist or college professor.

49. When AR gets drunk, she: gets bad ideas to do things she shouldn't do and thinks they're good ideas. I'm a very cautious person and I think that makes me biased in some way but I stand with my statement.

50. Two things AR and I never agree on: religion and vegetarianism.
