I was checking out shoes online last night. I love Demonia shoes, they have some awesome looking designs. I so want these and these. Along with around 20 other pairs of shoes on there, lol. I can't afford any of them but it's fun to look.

I had a really good weekend. It was the right combination of time with friends, time with the boyfriend, fun stuff, doing nothing and relaxation. All weekends should be that good. Except I would have been happier had the Stars won on Saturday night. Though the Stars don't play again until Wednesday so I'll have to pay more attention to the Mavs for a sports fix. The Cowboys game yesterday was a disappointment. Though I am happy we finally scored with less than a minute left in the fourth quarter. Otherwise, Green Bay would have totally shut us out and we haven't been shut out in 64 games. That almost came to an end yesterday.

Just a warning, I'm about to talk about my period so you might want to skip this paragraph if that is going to bug you. Anyway, I got a new toy to try from EF. I've been waiting for Aunt Flo to go away so I could try it out and now that I'm no longer bleeding and no longer feeling like someone is trying to crush me from the inside, I can give it a try. I have nothing against masturbating when I'm bleeding and yes I know orgasms can help cramps for most people but I just didn't feel like messing with it this time around because my cramps were too bad. I'm not a wuss at all when it comes to pain. I like pain to a certain extent but the last year or so, my cramps have gotten so bad that sometimes I have to stop and lean on something to stay standing. No offense, but don't offer advice on it. I do know what's wrong but it's not life threatening so there's nothing I can do about it for now. When I've got a steady job again (which I'll hopefully find out today if the hotel job works out or not!) I'll get it taken care of to where my period and cramps are manageable. Until then, I just deal with it. Thankfully it only last four days each month.

I'm supposed to/hopefully going to find out if I get the rocking job at the super nice hotel that I went on two interviews for. I know I passed the background check, I've never been in legal trouble. I also have no worries over the drug test as I don't do drugs anymore. It's just up to them whether to hire me or not. I really hope I get the job. *crosses fingers*

The quiet scares me 'cause it screams the truth...

I'm doing another blog group project. I had so much fun doing The Big Picture Post that when I got the idea for this post, I decided to make it a group thing. Originally, I was just going to pick 15 or so of my favorite quotes, proverbs, sayings etc and post them on here. Then I figured, why not have people send me their favorite quotes? I think it's interesting to see what people find inspiring, special, amusing, etc so why not?

So, I'll post this sometime next week after I've got it all put together. Depends on the way the submissions go.

The format I'm planning for the Quote Post looks like this.

Make sure to credit the quote, saying, proverb, etc to whomever the credit is due. (If it's a Swedish Proverb, say it's a Swedish proverb. If it's a Bill Clinton quote, say so. Etc.)
