TMI Tuesday!

‘Tis better to give than receive…?

For this week’s TMI Tuesday why don’t you tell us:

1. What was your favorite gift that you received (gift giving holidays Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or heck even if you had a birthday in the month of December that can count)?

Probably my Michael Kors coat (it's so warm!) or the lovely Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I seriously love everything I got this year although I feel like I got way too much stuff. (Not complaining, lol.)

2. What was the most practical gift that you received?

The coat. I didn't have one so a lot of nights I've gone out just in one of my hooded sweaters and been really cold because none of them were heavy enough.

3. What was the silliest, most fun, crazy or impractical gift that you received?

I didn't get anything silly. I got 5 new kitchen toys and those would be the most fun, for me anyway. The impractical thing would be that I got almost 20 different items from Bath & Body Works given to me. I won't need new body wash or lotion for MONTHS. So I guess that's actually practical in a way since I won't have to buy body wash or lotion for a long while, haha.

4. If you had a special holiday meal, what was your favorite food?

I didn't have one. The boyfriend worked, I saw my family the day before and my mom wasn't feeling well enough to come do anything Christmas Day so I stayed home by myself. I had a pretty awesome grilled cheese sandwich and an apple for dinner, though.

Bonus: Share the recipe of your favorite food from the holiday meal.

N/A.

Bonus, bonus: Whatcha doin’ for New Year’s Eve?

Going to a Stars game! They're playing the Bruins so hopefully the Bruins go back to Boston sad after their last game of the year. Then probably going to go have some drinks with the boyfriend and maybe some friends after the game. Not sure what exactly but there will be some fun had after the game! :)

Sounds like you had a good Christmas! I'm totally jealous of the coat. And grilled cheese is always delicious, even if its Christmas dinner...can't go wrong!

Favorite Gift - A gift certificate for a massage. I told my wife I would never get one because I don't want to end up with a dude touching me. I know that is silly. But now my wife has a hot girlfriend masseuse and it is ok.

Practical Gift - Shirts

Funnest gift - Outdoor speakers that look like rocks for the pool.

Special Holiday Meal - Beef tenderloin, mac'n'cheese, green bean casserole.

Recipe - NA

New years - taking a taxi to a bar 3 miles from home.

We can't wait to see what you make with your Kitchen Aid! We hope that your coat keeps you warm at Stars games and elsewhere!

Your grilled cheese sandwich sounds delicious and makes us wish that we had one.

1. Very nice gifts

3. More kitchen toys...you must like to cook.

4. That sounds like a good meal to me. I love grilled cheddar cheese on whole wheat or multi-grain and I love apples. Hey how about the apple on the sandwich?!

Happy TMI Tuesday & Happy New Year,

-H

oh wow..new coat! Nice. I never get any "Bath & Body Works" stuff. I think it's kind of an impersonal gift, like the person doesn't know much about you kind of thing, ya know?
Enjoy your New Year's Eve, sounds exciting...thanks for stopping by an leaving the comment :)

Your coat sounds really nice and warm. Glad you got it.

I love the sound of your kitchen toys. I could use some myself.

LOL! at all the bath and body stuff you received. I could use some of that though. Not a bad problem to have. ;-)

You make me crave a grilled cheese sammich and an apple. I guess I'll have that tomorrow. :-D

Thanks for stopping by my blog.
