Dude looks like a lady...

Brought to you by: Amorous Rocker

Is there a television commercial for a food product that makes you want to go eat it right when you see it?
Okay, weird thing here. Those Hidden Valley Ranch commercials make me want ranch dressing so when I see those I want to go eat carrot sticks or something so I can have some ranch, lol.

Are you medicated right now?
I fucking wish! I need some allergy medicine something bad.

Do you blow dry your hair?
Mostly no. Only if I want to straighten it out or if it's cold out.

Can you see a stuffed animal from where you're sitting?
Nope, lol.

How old do people guess you are?
Usually between 17 and 20, even though I'll be 24 in a little less than a month now.

Do you still talk to your friends from elementary school?
Only one but we weren't friends in elementary school. We didn't become friends until we were teenagers, lol.

Would you rather have ice cream or cake for dessert?
Ice cream cake! If I can't have that, definitely ice cream. I looove love love ice cream.

Your best friend tells you they are pregnant... what's your reaction?
I take pictures and totally exploit my buddy because my best friend is a dude and if he's pregnant, I'm making some fucking money off of that shit.

Do you have a ceiling fan in your room, and if so, is there dust on that fan?
No fan and there wouldn't be dust if I had one.

What was the last voice mail you received about?
This chick from work asking me to work for her because she was "sick" and needed someone to take her shift. Which oddly enough, she had complained two days prior saying she didn't want to work that night. Funny how they always get sick so conveniently. ;)

What has been your most embarrassing moment so far?
The day I was born. I was in a room full of people I don't know totally naked, crying my head off and covered in goop. Talk about embarrassing.... ;)

Where is the person who has your heart at the moment?
Right here, typing this shit out. My heart's still chillin' inside me. I don't think it would be such a hot idea to go pulling it out and handing it to anyone. The whole dying from a gaping hole in my chest isn't appealing. Plus, talk about a lousy gift

When you're in the shower about to wash your hair, do you put shampoo in your left or right hand?
Depends on which hand I pick the bottle up with.

Have you ever been leaning in a chair, leaned back too far and toppled over?
Not that I can remember. I don't lean back in chairs that can topple over though, lol.

What does your last text message from a girl say?
Normally I would not answer this question but since my cell is sitting right here.... "I'm going to crash out now sexy girl, text me tomorrow and let me know how the rest of your boring work night goes lol" -from The Evil Mistress

What was the last song you sang out loud?
One of the songs from Pirates of the Caribbean, lol.

Did you see anyone yesterday that you wish you hadn't?
Yeah some annoying ass customers and some lazy, annoying co-workers.

Have you seen the last guy you got a text from naked?
Yes, yes I have, haha. ;)

Your ex runs into you and hugs you, what do you do?
Junk-punch him all up in his man business.

Be honest, did you watch the Hannah Montana Movie?
FUCK NO.

What is the best thing about your job?
Uh... I get a paycheck twice a month. That's my favorite thing about it.

Have you ever had a real life stalker?
Yes. That shit sucks.

Have you ever gone to a party where you were the only sober one?
Me? Sober at a party? *chuckles*

Name one band that is still together that you've always wanted to see perform live but probably never will?
Aerosmith.

What movie did you watch last?
Mrs. Doubtfire. It was on HBO Family and nothing else was on. Plus, I always crack up when Robin Williams sets his tits on fire, bwa ha ha.

Even in madness I know you still believe....

Playing the piano is very relaxing to me. I love to play. The music fills my mind and my soul. Stress and tension flows out of my body as my fingers glide across the keys. Listening to someone play well is just as relaxing. I love listening to a piano being played and could listen for hours. Laying out somewhere, eyes closed, just letting the music wash over me and tickle my senses. My iPod has a few instrumental pieces that contain piano compositions. I have a mix of classical music as well. I find the piano to be the most soothing, relaxing and beautiful of any instrument. The violin is beautiful too. I love laying in bed, eyes closed, ear buds in with soothing music pouring out into my ears when I'm finding it difficult to sleep. When I have too much on my mind and that causes sleep to escape me, I can count on the soothing sounds to help me fall asleep. They relax me so much and if I let the music fill my head, focus only on that, it distracts me long enough to help me fall blissfully into slumber.

I get to see my boyfriend soon! Which is awesome, of course. I get to spend time with him and go out to do some things I don't do normally. Pretty much, I work and hang out at home out here. Not so fun, lol.

I also get to go to the beach soon. Boyfriend and I will be going at some point when he's here. I'm sure the water is still going to be a bit cold but I bet I'll find myself in it anyway. ;) I don't go to the beach and not get in the water at least a little bit. I'll have to remember to take my camera for some awesome pictures too.

I was writing a book full of short stories for a while and then I stopped. I wasn't happy with it and was convinced I wouldn't get anyone to buy it anyway. Some insanely encouraging people have me feeling better about that though. Also, I want to try again. Part of my giving it up was a fear I would just fail. Never completing what I started is a failure in itself to me though. If I finish it, at least I finished what I started and at least I tried.

My birthday is exactly a month away. WOW! Lol.

I'll be 24 and people still think I look like a teenager. At the concert Wednesday night, I got patted down by the security woman while they let my mom pass. She said my mom didn't look dangerous. My mom asked if I looked dangerous. The woman replied, "At that age, they are all dangerous." My mom told the woman I was almost 24 and the woman did a double take and didn't believe my mom. Once my age was confirmed, she just shook her head and said, "Lucky her!" I get carded to buy R-rated movies in Wal-Mart. I've been carded to buy cough syrup before since you know, high school kiddos get high guzzling DayQuil. I have issues at times when I want to buy liquor depending on the store and how strict they are about being lawful and carding people. I almost always get carded for cigarettes. I have never once got carded in sex toy stores adult novelty shops though despite being with others who have been carded the moment they walked through the door, lol.

Hockey time! Boston and Anaheim were both eliminated yesterday. It's down to the Hurricanes and the Penguins in the East and the Red Wings and the Blackhawks in the West. I hope the Canes get the east and for the West, I'm actually having a hard time deciding which team I want to see make it to the fight for Stanley. Sad stuff though, hockey is about over. We have one more round in the playoffs to go through to knock out two more teams and then the other two will battle it out for the Stanley. Then one team will win and hockey will be done this season. Sadness I tell you!

The Mavericks got knocked out in Round two of the NBA Playoffs by fucking Denver. Not talking about that. At least we got passed round one this season though. AND we knocked out the Spurs in round one to get to round two so HA! I know the Spurs are a Texas team too but I can't stand them. Hell fucking yes for knocking out the Spurs and making it to round two! Even if we lost in round two, lol.

And......

That's all y'all!

Happy Friday!

Oh I never gave up on you....

Yesterday, I made a post asking for y'all to tell me your opinion on love at first sight. I got a dozen responses and I was happy about that. I always enjoy finding out what others think about certain topics. It's always interesting to see who believes in what and why. In the post, I said I would answer my own question today. So, here I am. =o)

I don't believe in love at first sight. I just don't. Love is such a complex thing. I don't think you can have something so complex happen in a glance.

I believe in lust at first sight.

I believe in instant attraction at first sight.

I believe in chemistry happening the moment you talk to someone.

I believe in infatuation at first sight.

I believe that you can see someone and be smitten with them the moment you see them. I believe that if you talk and there's attraction, lust and chemistry there present immediately or almost immediately that you can start feeling hopeful. It's a crush, infatuation, chemistry, desire, wanting, hope for something more.
Giddy anticipation, your heart skipping a beat, your breath catching in your throat, seeing stars, feeling like you're floating, butterflies in your stomach and all the mushy, sweet things in the world. It's real and they're all very valid and beautiful emotions but I don't think it's love when you don't even know the person. I think you can feel all the things I just listed and that can make you feel like you're in love. Especially if all of those things happen right away and then things progress beautifully and you do end up in love with that person.

Love is so much more than you can pick up in 5 minutes. I've known my boyfriend for 4 years and come May 25th, we'll have been together for 3 years. It took me much longer than 5 minutes to love him. Love is deeply complex and it's more than giddy feelings, butterflies, attraction, lust, infatuation and chemistry. Don't get me wrong, I think all of those things are part of falling in love but I don't think falling in love within minutes of seeing someone is possible. I just don't.

Of course, if you believe differently from me, that's fine. Whatever works for you. Everything I stated is just my own personal opinion on the subject. ;) I'm just cynical perhaps. Okay, I am cynical and I'm not a romantic either. Respect my stance and I'll respect yours, even if we don't agree. =) Thanks to everyone who left a comment on the post yesterday. I appreciate it. Y'all rock!

I have misplaced my new toy some how. Maybe it got true to it's butterfly form flew away? Lol. Seriously, I don't have a lot of options of where it could be. I hide them in two places and two places only and it's in neither of those places. I hope I didn't accidentally throw it away when I was rushed and cleaning out one of the hiding places I use. Hmmm.

Last night I got to see one of my favorite bands play live. The opening band SUCKED. I think they are definitely one of the worst bands I have ever seen play. Had I not been on the rail, I would have left during their set because they were so awful. When you get there early and get a spot on the rail, you don't leave unless you have someone there to hold your spot. You'll never get that spot on the rail back, lol. For anyone unfamiliar with being in the pit, the rail is the barrier set there that keeps the crowd back from the stage. It's about 6 to 8 feet away from the stage generally and it's the closest you can get. Land a spot there and people will push and shove trying to get you off there and take your spot. I kept my spot. I got some awesome shots too. I always get a tad bit apprehensive at shows just before the bands I like come on. I always worry about how a band sounds live when I've never seen them before, especially when it's one I LOVE. If they sound like shit, it's going to bum me out. Luckily, I was not disappointed. The metal band I saw has beautiful music and their vocalist has an amazing, gorgeous voice. I had such a good time. =) My mom went to the show as well. She enjoyed herself, save for the first band which she didn't enjoy at all. She bypassed a seat to stand in the pit and held up just fine on the rail too. ;)

Happy Thursday!

Pour another drink in my glass....

Before I get to the meme today, I have a question for you dear readers. What is your take on love at first sight? Do you think it's possible? Tomorrow, I am going to answer my own question but the post will take me more time than I have right now. I need to get some damn sleep, I have plans for the night that involve a drive out of town and a hopefully fun night. I know I won't be able to explain all my points quickly though and I'll need more time to word out my response. Also, I want to be able to include some points from other people, such as anyone who comments and makes a point I want to include. I'll email you and let you know if I use your comment in tomorrow's post as well. So for today, I want to hear what y'all have to say about it. Love at first sight with another person, is it possible? And please explain why you feel the way you do.

Now, on to the weirdness!

Wednesday Weirdness #55
Questions By: Amorous Rocker

1.) What are your least favorite sounds?
Anything scraping against metal. Alarm clocks. Crickets. Children from outside screaming their obnoxious little heads off in the early hours of the morning.

2.) Do you enjoy reading infidelity blogs? Why? If you don't, is there any reason why you don't?
I'm intrigued in a way by them. I don't read any one with any form of regularity but they interest me. I like to understand things that people do. It's interesting to see the dynamics. It's made me see a lot more and sort of understand things in many different points of view. None of it has ever changed my own personal view on the subject but it's interesting to see things from another view and gain a little more in depth understanding to it.

3.) If you could make one frivolous purchase right now without expense being an option, what one thing would you go buy?
So many options here. I think I would pay to get the rest of my oral surgery done. Does that count? Lol. Of course that isn't really frivolous so I'll say send me a Bugatti Veyron please and thank you! Include that insurance paid for life policy too will ya? ;)

4.) Have you ever gotten drunk and then gotten behind the wheel to drive?
NEVER. I was almost killed thanks to a drunk driver when I was kid. I was in the hospital and they didn't think I would make it. I still have physical issues I deal with to this day that are results of an accident that happened almost 20 years ago. I NEVER drive when I'm drunk or tipsy. I despise when people do it. It's stupid and reckless and you're not the only life you're dumb ass is endangering by doing it.

5.) As an adult, have you ever been caught having sex by someone you didn't ever want to catch you in the act?
Yes, lol. My boyfriend's mom. We hadn't been together long and it was a little awkward but I ended up just giggling about it. I found it funny. My boyfriend didn't find it as funny, lol.

6.) If your current significant other wound up in jail for no less than 5 years but didn't kill or physically harm anyone, would you wait for them or move on?
I have no clue honestly. I couldn't answer that unless I were in the situation. It would really depend on what he did. If it were something I could live with and something that I just didn't find wrong, then maybe.

7.) If you had to participate, would you rather be in a mud wrestling competition or a JellO wrestling competition?
JellO! Definitely JellO. Seems more fun. I don't like the stuff but if JellO got up my nose or in my mouth, I wouldn't be as grossed out by that as I would be if I got mud up my nose or in my mouth.

Some people, baby, it's something I don't understand....

I know people go out to eat for a variety of reasons. No time to cook a meal, they just feel like going out, it's more convenient, they can't cook, they're not in the mood to cook, they're not in the mood to have to prep, cook and clean up, etc etc etc. I'm all fine with that. Without those reasons and more, people would always stay home for their meals and drinks and if they never went out, I wouldn't have a job. I don't mind working in the service industry. A lot of people look down on it, a lot of people think a lot of bullshit about it. Whatever, fuck you. What I do hate is people who come in, make a huge mess and then leave. Would you fucking use your finger to get excess honey mustard off your chicken at home and then wipe the extra sauce on the table top? I fucking think not. If you do, that's nasty. So why when you go out somewhere else, do you think it's okay to do things like that? Do you throw lettuce and used napkins on the floor at home? Nope, didn't think so. Do you wipe ketchup and other condiments on your table top when you use too much? No? Well, shucks. Oh what's that? When you have ice cream at home, you don't fling whipped cream underneath the table or smear it on top of the table because you got more than you want? You don't let your kids pour condiments out on the table just for kicks at home? You don't chunk your excess bread or uneaten veggies onto the ground underneath the table possibly saving them for another while currently getting them off your plate and out of your sight? Well, I'll be damned!

You don't do that shit at home because A)It's unacceptable behavior. B)It's disgusting and not that sanitary. C)If you or your family make messes like that at home, you're going to have to be the one to fucking clean them up. D)It's fucking disgusting. (Yes, I had to go there twice.)

I get that part of my job is cleaning up after the customers are done at their tables. I get that, really I do. Mostly, I don't mind. Pick up some napkins, some straw wrappers maybe, discard what ever is left and yadda yadda. Seriously though, you don't have to make a huge mess just because you're not the one that has to clean it up. Just because we get paid for our job doesn't mean you can make an even bigger mess either. We have plenty of work to do to keep us busy, you don't need to add on to it by being a disgusting slob.

You don't want pickles on your burger? Fine. When you order it, say you don't want the fucking pickles on it. Don't know what comes on it? ASK. Most of us know our menus pretty well and if you want to know something we don't know about an item, we can always ask someone who does know. You don't want to be a pain with a special order? You're more of a pain when you hold off and then when you get your food just pull off what you don't want and lay it on the table or drop it on the ground. It doesn't magically disappear people. If you won't ask for whatever you don't want on something, get a napkin and put it in there. Use an extra plate and lay it there. Leave it on your own fucking plate and push it to the side. Just don't throw it around.

You got too much ranch on your salad? Too much mayo on your burger? Too much whipped cream on your sundae? Scraping off the extras and then wiping them on top of the table is gross. Do you really want to sit there eating with ranch or some other condiment smeared on your table? I wouldn't. Don't have enough napkins given to you? ASK FOR ME. We have PLENTY and will happily give you more if it means we don't have to scrub at mayo that's been sitting there for 40 minutes.

I get that you're happy you're not having to cook or clean when you go out. Who wouldn't be? It's nice to let someone else worry about that stuff for the night. I don't expect people to clean their own tables up but making a bigger mess than necessary is just ridiculous. It's not just little kids who make these messes. I'm talking teenagers, twenty-somethings and even middle aged people just throwing stuff here and there and wiping gunk everywhere. I even asked a lady once, semi recently, if she needed more napkins because I noticed she was pulling lettuce off her sandwich and tossing it to the ground. She shrugged and said she didn't want any napkins but thanks anyway. The she giggled to her friend and said she wouldn't be cleaning the mess up anyway so what did she care? I pulled out the ice pick then, watching her smug little look crumble right off her bitchy face as I cracked her skull open.... in my imagination.

I know not all servers are nice. Some are bitchy. Some act like they just don't care to be bothered with you. Some would rather flirt with other customers and co-workers. Blah blah blah. Those people suck. Making a mess on your table and the surrounding area isn't the way to get back at a rude server though. Remember, your server isn't always the one who will be cleaning up after you leave. Even if they are going to have to clean it up, they're just going to gripe about it. Want to piss them off for their bad attitude or shitty service? DON'T TIP THEM. That's worse than making a mess they probably won't have to clean up.

Yeah, we're gonna do it hanging upside down...

I have been wanting to try the Micro Butterfly Arouser for some time. I just couldn't get myself to spend to money on something so small. It looked like it would be worth it but I'm a poor bitch and didn't want to spend the money on a toy I wasn't sure I'd like. When I got my third toy from TabuToys in the mail over the weekend, I was totally happy to see this little toy on the cover of the box.

I opened the box, pulled out the toy and laid the contents out on the counter. The butterfly clitoral stimulator is a nice, soft Silicone which made me happy. I'm a big fan of Silicone toys. I love the feel of it. I like how it's soft but still firm too. The butterfly has a little texture to it and the head of the butterfly has two thin little antennas.

The straps, I will admit, confused me for about five seconds and then I figured them out. They're adjustable and stretchy. I was worried that the straps weren't long enough actually. I was worried they wouldn't adjust and stretch properly without tearing the soft toy so I went at it a little apprehensively.
They fit nice and snug with room to work with thankfully. Though in my opinion, the straps could definitely stand to be a little longer given that they're adjustable and stretchy anyway. If you've got large shapely hips and thighs, the straps this toy comes with might present a problem.

I plugged the toy into the power adapter and rolled the dial downwards to turn it on. Then I remembered that toys need batteries or they won't work for you. Oops! In my excitement to try the little butterfly out, I had forgotten to put the three AA batteries it requires in. The batteries go in the adapter so I just had to grab them, put them in and then turn it back on. ;)
The power adapter has pretty colorful lights that change colors randomly as each function changes. I pretty much didn't see a use for that but it sure does look cool if you happen to glance over at it, lol.

I dig a hands free stimulator. I get awesome stimulation to my clit which leaves my hands free to stimulate the rest of me any way I see fit to. The antennas I worried might get annoying but they were not. On the lower speed settings, they don't feel like much more than really fast caresses. On the lower speeds, it actually tickled a little bit in a good way which to say the least was a hell of an interesting contrast. A tickling caress that sends delicious sensations through your body. Turn the speed up some more and you can really feel the antennas buzzing against you and any thoughts of the thing tickling you into a giggling fit pretty much disappear.

It has three functions which are vibration, pulsation and escalation. It automatically and randomly rotates through those functions. For me, that's a pro and con. On the pro side, you have constant stimulation but the way you're stimulated changes every time it alternates. So you get a little something and it's like an exciting little surprise when it rotates to the next one. It's pleasant and very fun. On the con side, I would like it better if you could do the random rotation when you want and then be able to just pick a setting and leave it on there. When I was close to climaxing, having it switch from one function to the next randomly got to be a little distracting and also a little annoying. Not so much that I had to quit using it though since it did still feel good. ;)

I was totally satisfied with the power the little bullet inside the butterfly has. I like a really strong vibration and this little number gets intense on the higher speeds. So much so that it was almost a little on the painful side but not quite. Which I wouldn't have minded either way. ;)

It's a a bit on the noisy side but it's nothing so bad that it can't be muffled or blended over with some background noise.

The description on the back of the box says that this little toy can be used while fucking. Of course, it says it more nicely but still, it's all the same. Given that my boyfriend is a couple thousand miles away from me for the time being, I decided to get out a dildo and test the theory out. I slid the dildo in easily (no lube required, thanks to the Micro Butterfly *wink*) and began working it slowly in and out of my pussy. The butterfly doesn't interfere with the dildo thanks to it's petite size. I was enjoying myself greatly.

Then I started to wonder how an actual vibrator would work with this happy little buzzing butterfly so, I got out my vibrator, turned it on and slid it in. Playing with the speed settings of the vibrator and the butterfly, I found that it's pretty intense to have both things vibrating away at the same time. I reached orgasm in about five minutes fucking myself with the vibrator while the butterfly buzzed away at my clit. It was intense but very, very good.
Penetration and hands free clitoral stimulation? Yes please!

Pros and cons considered, I do like this toy. I'll be excited to see the boyfriend again so I can strap it on while we have some fun together. I'll definitely use it again during solo time as well but it won't be something I bring out very often. If you're looking for something to spice things up or if you really need clitoral stimulation to get off during sex, this totally might be something you should check out! I give it a 3 out of 5. ;)

Thank you to TabuToys for letting me try out this neat little toy! =)

Happy Monday!

I never thought you would slip away....

Brought to you by: Amorous Rocker

Are you wearing a necklace?
No. My favorite necklace broke last night and I lost so many of the beads. =(

Do you have an older brother or sister?

Nope. I'm the oldest.

Do you carry an umbrella when it rains or just put your hood up?
Just put my hood up. I don't even own an umbrella.

Do blonds really have more fun?
Nope. =) I've been blond before much to my dismay and I so didn't have more fun because of a silly hair color.

Do people constantly have to tell you to be quiet?
Sometimes, lol.

Do you and your last ex still like each other?
I'm indifferent about him. We don't talk or keep in touch in any way. Which is great.

Without saying names, whats one thing about the last person you kissed?
He has a really, really big... heart. =)

Do you think it is disgusting for girls to drink alcohol and get drunk?
Fuck no. =)

What was the last thing you bought?
All of this stuff.

When was the last time you fell asleep watching a movie?
Thursday night after work. I was trying to watch the movie but I fell asleep before it ended, lol. Sleep timers come in handy.

Does your hair have layers?
Long layers.

Do you own anything that's tie-dyed?
NO.

Who/what is the last thing you kicked?
Who? Lol! I don't kick people. Last thing I kicked was the wall.

Do you own black fingernail polish?
Yeah, pretty much the only color polish I'll wear.

What's the last thing you put in your mouth?
Mouth wash.

What is the closest thing to you own that is blue?
My pajama bottoms have blue in their color scheme, they're on me so that would be the closest I believe.

Way too many.

Do you believe that there's good in everybody?
No, I don't.

Do you give out compliments often?
Every day.

I have but I don't do that anymore, it doesn't do any good. I'd probably get disappointed in myself less if I'd just try to fool myself over some things but whatever.

Have you ever been rude to someone without even realizing it?
Probably. I'm rather blunt and that comes off as rude sometimes though I don't mean to be.

When you were in elementary school, did you change best friends a lot?
Yeah. I didn't stay in any school longer than 2 years. Bounced around a lot.

Could you go a month without cursing?
I doubt it. I have a potty mouth and it gets particularly colorful when I'm riled up and angry. Spank me. Wash my mouth out with soap. What the fuck ever.

How many letters are in your last name?
More than 5, less than 21. Ooooh.

Name the first person you can think of that has their boyfriend/girlfriends name as a tattoo?
I don't know anyone that stupid. Damn, I don't think I've ever had to say that, woohoo.

Have you ever in any way, been betrayed by someone you trust?
Of course, that's life, it happens. Live and learn. I don't trust very easily though so it doesn't happen often at all anymore.

Is there a person in your life that points out every negative thing about you?
Nope. I wouldn't put up with a bitch like that.

Happy Saturday!
